Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging

• Items returned after 30 days

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping.
